Tri-Tech Engineering

Tri-Tech understands the needs of architects.  We will work closely with you beginning with the SF-330 submittal process.  Once you’ve been awarded the project; we have the in-house resources to take care of the construction cost and life-cycle cost estimates that you will need right away.  We will stay in close coordination, making sure our plans integrate with your vision.

Tri-Tech owns licences for MasterSpec and EJCDC, and is knowledgeable in SpecsIntact for your military projects.  We can quote you firm pricing and provide you with a detailed scope of work in our proposal.  Tri-Tech is a pre-qualified consultant for the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, Ohio Department of Natural Resources,  and Sinclair Community College.
