Tri-Tech Engineering is a mature organization, established in 1977.  With our unique project management technique, we are able to offer and provide quality engineering, energy and commissioning services, while focusing on your project requirements.  Tri-Tech’s team approach keeps everyone involved throughout the process, assuring that all needs are met.  We become an extension of your staff, offering an economical way to complete work on a project-by-project basis.  Our professionals have capabilities in all aspects of facility design, energy systems, environmentally sound practices, and follow-up through commissioning.  We offer complete and accurate designs for structural, mechanical, electrical and piping projects.

Tri-Tech performs services from its headquarters located in Beavercreek, Ohio.

Tri-Tech is fully equipped to support all company services.  Tri-Tech engineers and designers use the latest available software, technology and resources to develop quality work with excellent graphics.  Internet access, software and other technical resources are kept current to ensure accuracy and exceed industry design standards.

Tri-Tech is a multi-disciplinary team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineers, Designers, and CAD Operators, with registered Professional Engineers on staff. We have successfully completed thousand of projects for the governmental, military, industrial, and commercial sectors of business.  We have a proven team approach to engineering that is encompassed by the devotion, skill, and talents of our people.  Their dedicated efforts result in engineering excellence.

Licensure

Tri-Tech has professional engineers with registrations in seventeen states.  Additionally, Tri-Tech Associates, Inc. is authorized by the Ohio State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors to provide the professional services of engineering in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.

Professional and General Liability

Tri-Tech maintains professional liability insurance for design professionals of $1,000,000 per claim per year with an aggregate limit of liability of $1,000,000 per policy year.

Tri-Tech maintains general liability insurance of $1,000,000 for each occurrence, $2,000,000 product liability; and an unlimited aggregate; with an excess liability policy of $2,000,000 and a $2,000,000 aggregate.

Project Schedules

Project commitments typically include the design and/or construction administration of several medium to large projects.  Generally, other smaller projects are in varying stages of completion.  Often, we have several projects with extended schedules, which allow our staff to complete your project in a timely manner.  Tri-Tech will work close with you to establish realistic schedules for each phase of your project.

Schedule and Cost Control Techniques

Tri-Tech has custom software, which allows us to dynamically monitor all active projects, resources, due dates, and priorities.  Company meetings occur weekly to review each project’s status and action items to be completed.
