Tim Gebhart

Mr. Gebhart sits on the Board of Directors and is the CFO and Vice President of Tri-Tech Engineering. He is Past-President and has been on the executive staff of Tri-Tech since 1996. Tim has extensive business expertise which includes strategic planning, development of business plans, rate schedule development, accounting, human resource, contract development, marketing and sales. Tim is very adept in recognizing the customer’s needs including budget restrictions, special design criteria, and time constraints.
Tim has over 25 years of experience in engineering, design and project management. He has an extensive background in many project types throughout varying industries. Project experience includes mechanical HVAC, piping, heat exchange, electrical power, specialty lighting, pneumatics and hydraulics, electrical and mechanical controls, and ventilation. He has knowledge in construction methods and the development of detailed cost estimates. Additionally he has very strong computer skills, which include hardware and software knowledge and programming expertise in several languages.
One of his key competencies is energy-focused services. His experience began in 1984; and he has worked through the specific details of a wide range of commercial and industrial studies and designs. Energy-related experience includes: Powerhouse monitoring system design and controls, cooling water systems design and controls, utility audits for electrical, compressed air usage studies, water usage studies, illumination analyses, HVAC replacement studies, and facility audits.
Tim has managed and designed a range of project types including both new construction and retrofit. A partial list of this experience includes: State highway patrol post, county courts facility, school projects, theatre, churches, restaurants, elevators, service garages, automatic car washes, convenience stores, fire stations, motels, training facilities, offices, library, manufacturing, industrial process, and utilities.
